Management Team

Umang's association with The Web Artists began as a Co-Founder. He assisted the company with operations, corporate strategy, marketing and business development. Now, as Proprietor, he has narrowed his focus to business development activity and to channel partnership appointments. He has a proven track record in developing solid relationships with clients and agencies and being the primary account manager providing a strong level of support to Sales.  An energetic self-starter, Umang is pro-active in driving revenue, increasing client base, and impeccably representing TWA.

Varun's associtation with The Web Artists began as a Co-Founder. He assisted the company by giving it this name, providing marketing strategy, providing supports on business development. A dedicated debater, Varun does not require much sleep or sustenance beyond an occasional nap and protein bar. Prior to setting up The Web Artists, Varun developed a portal on the city of Lucknow with our Co-Founder & Proprietor, Umang Bagla.  Varun is also known by Luckowites for developing website for his school, La Martiniere College, Lucknow. He is now handling the companies business expansion in Singapore along with his new startup company tenCube Pte. Ltd. as Cheif Architect.

Gaurav's association with The Web Artists was as a Co-Founder. He focused on the sales and marketing strategy and spear headed business development. A known workaholic, Gaurav is known for ensuring the successful completion the tasks on hand. His extrovert personality and cheerful spirit helps him forge new relationships with considerable ease. Gaurav left the firm for studies in Singapore. Since then he has worked in Accenture Singapore and Barclays Capital London in various capacities.

Narendra joined the company in mid 2008 with responsibility of the Development and Management of varied product lines to its consumer offerings. He brings to the position more than six years experience in the fields of Information Services, Software, and Online Consumer Services. He takes care of completion of sales requests, first-level responses and heads TWA's Designing work force. Having very strong CSS & HTML skills, he is able to adapt designs and deliverables for clients within minutes. Narendra has a Masters degree in Computer Applications and is actively involved in handling of TWA's core portals like www.lucknowcity.com and www.gateway4sms.com

Prior to joining The Web Artists, Richard started a small company with ten websites in his college apartment. Richard moved rapidly to embrace e-commerce and on-line business consulting before moving firmly in the direction The Web Artists has taken today. Other hands-on experience includes work as a system administrator for maintaining and administrating our Linux based Servers. All first-level technical support emails at TWA are managed by Richard.
